1) Order on Consent issued to comply with the Total Coliform Rule.
2) Conduct special monitoring and analyses study to determine the source of contamination;
3) Raise wellheads to 18 above the ground; install security fences around wellheads; develop wellhead protective plan;
4) Monitor the chlorine residuals at the sources and throughout the distribution system.
