Facility was in violation of UST release detection requirements for failing to conduct an annual inspection of leak detection equipment and not performing monthly reconciliation. A compliance order was issued requiring owner to conduct an inspection of equipment and perform monthly reconciliation, as required by ME UST leak detection rules and regulations.
