Facility was in violation of state and federal underground storage tanks (UST) rules for failing to monitor tanks at least every 30 days, and not properly operating the corrosion protection (CP) system. A compliance order was issued requiring the fire department to properly monitor the tanks and operate the CP system, as required by the state of Connecticut's UST rules and regulations.
