The Settlement Agreement provides for RespondentÂs performance of the remedial investigation and feasibility study (ÂRI/FSÂ) for the Fair Lawn Well Field Superfund Site, Fair Lawn, Bergen County, New Jersey. The purpose of this RI/FS is to investigate the overall nature and extent of contamination and to develop remedial alternatives at the Site.
