This Order for Compliance is issued to Regional Recycling for failure to meet verification requirements by accepting shipments of appliances, including motor vehicles, without obtaining signed statements or contracts that refrigerant which had not leaked previously had been properly recovered; and failure to meet recordkeeping requirements to maintain copies of these signed verification statements on site for 3 years.
