Kerr-McGee self-disclosed that during the week of 1/21/2008, they discovered an uncontrolled generator engine that had been installed at the Ouray Compressor Station in April 2007. The uncontrolled emissions are less than 15 tpy, therefore, prevention os significant deterioration permitting thresholds and subsequent permitting requirements were not triggered.
