GSA failed to upgrade 3 USTs at three separate facilities owned by them. The Complaint reflects these violations. Respondent since then has upgraded the UST at the Mollo facility; removed the UST at the Marshall facility and replaced it with an AST; and intends to remove and replace the UST at the MLK facility with a new performance UST.
