EPA settled with Black Beauty Coal Company for CWA Section 404 violations on three separate sites by issuing three CAFO's: the first CAFO was issued to Black Beauty Coal Company for the Farmersburg Mine Site (CWA-05-2008-0001), the second was issued Black Beauty Coal and Crclar Company (CWA-05-2008-0002) for the Cottage Grove-Wildcat Hills Mine Site and the third was issued to Black Beauty Coal Company for the Sommerville North, Central and South Mines (CWA-05-2008-0003)
