This facility was inspected in fulfillment of the USTCA Inspection requirement. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-302EC, in the amount of $750, for the following violations: 280.20(c) - failure to use an overfill prevention system; 280.31(b) - failure to ensure proper operation of cathodic protection; and, 280.40(a) - failure to provide adequate release detection method.
