This facility was inspected in fulfillment of the USTCA Inspection requirement. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-290EC, in the amount of $600, for the following violations: 280.40(a) - failure to provide adequate release detection method for tanks; and, 280.44 - failure to provide any release detection for underground piping. No injunctive relief sought.
