CERCLA 107(a) action to recover approximately $2.5 million in unreimbursed costs for response actions in the Hylebos Waterway portion of the Commencement Bay Superfund site in Tacoma, Washington. The referral targets six proposed defendants not covered by a previous settlement agreement that cashed out more than thirty responsible parties.
