Violation: The Respondent's facility was a point source discharge of pollutants to waters of the US. The Respondents facility was inspected by the EPA on April 3, 2008, and an unauthorized discharge of produced water to a tributary of Bull Creek was cited during the inspection.
Relief: An Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent requiring the following: Cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove the produced water from the impacted water body; remove all the produced water from the flow path inbetween the point source and the point of entry; and submit written certification.
