## Summary

EPA PERFORMED OVERSIGHT OF THE STATE'S REMEDIAL INVESTIGATION FEASIBILITY STUDY AT THE SITE.  EPA ISSUED A RECORD OF DECISION IN 1992, PERFORMED AND CONTINUES TO PERFORM OVERSIGHT OF THE REMEDY SELECTED IN THE 1992 ROD (INTERIM GROUND WATER REMEDY, AND DRUM EXCAVATION AND DISPOSAL REMEDY). IN ADDITION, EPA PERFORMED A REMOVAL ACTION AT THE SITE IN 1997 AND IS SEEKING PAYMENT OF COSTS FOR THE 1997 REMOVAL ACTION AND FOR THE OVERSIGHT WORK PERFORMED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE. 

The Consent Decree for this matter involved EPA's past response costs with respect to the Evor Leasing Superfund Site.  Pursuant to the Consent Decree, the defendants will pay EPA a total of $990,000 in reimbursement of EPA's past response costs at the Site.
