The bankrputcy court entered a final order on February 8, 2002 which provided that there would be no monetary recovery for unsecured creditors. The Untied States had an unsecured claim against the Debtor with respect to the two Peter Cooper sites and so is not entitled to any monetary recovery under the court's order.
