ORIGINAL ACO SIGNED BY EPA AND SPORTING GOODS PROPERTIES,  INC. (FORMERLY REMINGTON ARMS) EFFECTIVE 8/21/90 TO PERFORM  REMEDIAL ACTION AT THE SITE.  ACO MODIFIED ON 10/28/94 TO DESIGNATE A CORRECTIVE ACTION.   MANAGEMENT UNIT AT THE FACILITY TO FACILITATE TREATMENT OF SOILS.   SECOND MODIFICATION TO ACO MADE IN 1997 TO ACCOMODATE STEPS FOR REDEVELOPMENT.  EACH PHASE OF REMEDIATION WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE REMEDY DECISION.

9/24/19  Third modification to the ACO will require the removal of munitions and associated sediment from Success Lake followed by restoration of the lake, wetlands, watercourses, and affected upland areas that are not part of future redevelopment plans.
