The Montclair University action is a multimedia settlement for violations self-disclosed by the university in the following programs: 1)Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); 2) Spill Prevention Control and countermeasure Plan (SPCC) requirements of the Clean Water Act (CWA); 3) National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) requirements of the Clean Water Act (CWA); and 4) NJ Protection of Stratosheric Ozone requirements.
