'The facility was inspected in June 2000 and an administrative was issued. During the course of settlement negotiaitions of that action, the facility performed a self audit and violations related to tank storage were discovered. The facility and EPA agreed to settle the matter through the issuance of a CA/FO.
The facility has corrected the violations. CA/CO and CA/FO issued together (4/22/02).'
