'This facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-547 for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.93(a): failure to comply with financial responsibility by the phase-in time; 40 CFR 280.45: failure to maintain records of release detection monitoring; and 40 CFR 280.44(a): failure ot conduct annual test of the operation of ALLD. The facility corrected these violations and submitted all requisite compliance documents.
