Respondent is owner/operator of a landfill (MSW) subject to CAA NSPS Subpart WWT for MSW landfills. On april 11-12, 2002, inspection revealed violations of NSPS surface monitory requirements & collection and control requirements. Follow-up inspections & communications revealed violations of NSPS Corrective action/Operational standard requirement and portebue analyser calibration requirements.
