The TransTechnology Engineered Components, LLC failed to re-notify U>S> EPA prior to shipping 8,461 pounds of hazardous waste to Canada; failed to file an Annual Hazardous Waste Export Report with U.S. EPA by March 1, 2001. TransTechnology elected the Quick Resolution of this matter by payment of the full penalty in the complaint.
