'A Section 113 of the Clean Air Act Administrative Order was issued on July 19, 2002, for violations of Section 609 of the Act and the regulations at 40 C.F.R. Part 82, Subpart B. Yellow Cab failed to certify that each technician is properly certified. The Order addresses the above violations, and requires Yellow Cab to certify in writing that the violations have been corrected.'
