Respondent failed to submit pesticide production reports for 2000,1999,1998, and 1996 and submitted a notable late (>30 days) report for 1997. Since the respondent responded within 20 days, inactivated the establishment, and had no production, the penalty has been reduced to zero, as per Section 7 ERP.
