The FACILITY WAS INSPECTED IN AUG. 2000 AND THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS WERE FOUND: (1) FAILURE TO DETERMINE THE ORGANIC VAPOR PRESSURE FOR ONE TANK; (2) FAILURE TO MONITOR VALVES; (3) FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH AIR EMISSION STANDARDS; AND (4) FAILURE TO HAVE A LIST OF EQUIPMENT USED FOR <300 HOURS. *
CCDS: the facility was inspected on Aug. 3, 2000 and the following violations were found: 40 CFR 265.1085(c)(1)-failure to determine the manimum organic vapor pressure in a storage tank, 40 CFR 265.1057(a)-failure to monitor valves transporting organic hazardous waste, 40 CFR 265.1065(k)-failure to have recorde in determining applicability of exemptions in Subpart BB, 40 CFR 265.1050(e)-failure to have a list of records of equipment used to transport hazardous waste for less than 300 hours.
