CAFO commences and concludes proceeding for the following alleged violations of TSCA Sections 6(e) and 2615, 15 U.S.C. Section 2605(e) and 2614, by Respondent at the Facility: improper disposal of PCBs at three locations in violation of 40 C.F.R. Section 761.60(a); and 2) failure to mark a door with the mark ML as required by 40 C.F.R. Section 761.40(j)((l).
