**AOC entered into by EPA and Williams Gas pipelines Central, Inc. (Respondent) for the performance of a removal action at or in connection with the site by the respondent. The removal action is based on a finding that actual or threatened releases of hazardous substances, pollutants, or contaminants from the site, if not addressed by the removal action, will continue to present an imminent and substantial endangerment to the public health or welfare or the environment. EPA has determined that the total past and projected response costs of the U. S. at or in connection with the site will not exceed $500,000, excluding interest. **COST RECOVERY: Within 30 days of the effective date of the AOC, respondent shall pay $20,000 to EPA for future costs not consisent with the NCP.
