Region III has entered an administrative agreement pursuant to CERCLA Section 122(H) with Rembar LLC (Rembar). The Agreement requires Rembar to pay $15,000 in past response costs to the Hazardous Substances Superfund for work undertaken pursuant to CERCLA at the Glen Dale TCE Superfund Site (the Site) in Glen Dale, West Virginia. Rembar was a tenant in a building at the Site and undertook earthmoving activities, such as constructing an entrance road, on the property. In 1998 through 2001, EPA undertook site assessment activities and otherwise oversaw work undertaken by Rembar and another potentially responsible party
