**RELIEF: 1) Within thirty days, the Permittee shall take corrective action to eliminate and prevent recurrence of violations; 2) Within thirty days, submit written report detailing specific actions taken to correct violations; and 3) If complete correction of violations is not possible within thirty days, submit comprehensive plan to do so.'
