**RELIEF: 1) Within thirty days, submit documentation to demonstrate that this facility is properly designed, constructed, operated and maintained to contain all process-generated wastewater plus runoff; 2) Initiate a weekly visual inspection program; 3) Submit information concerning any discharges of pollutants within the last five years; and 4) Arrange a Show Cause meeting with EPA.
