Farmer's Oil is alleged to have violated certain provisions of Maryland's authorized Underground Storage Tank regulations as a result of its failure to: 1) provide adequate release detection monitoring (CountI); 2) maintain all requisite cathodic protection inspection records (Count II); and 3) maintain all requisite release detection monitoring records.
