In addition, two of its facilities did not perform required temporary closure. Also, respondent failed to meet its financial assurance requirements. This action amends the complaint issued September 26,2002.
CCDS CA/FO 9/22/2003: The penalty payment is due 90 days after signature of this order. Respondents will certify compliance with UST regulations and are required under this CA/FO to do two SEPs decribed above.
