US EPA discovered violations during an inspection conducted March 29, 2001.
The violations included failure to: label to containers, storing hazardous waste more than accumulation time allowed , hazardous waste releases and corrosion on facility floor. Proposed civil penalty up to the statutory maximum of $27,500 for each day of violation
