On Sept. 30, 2002, EPA issued a proposed CERCLA 122(h)(1) Agreement for Payment of Response Costs (Agreement) with three potentially responsible parties at the City Chemical Corporation Superfund Site (CCC), located in Hudson County, New Jersey. Under this proposed Agreement, EPA will cashout the Respondents, based on their ability to pay.
