'This is a prospective purchaser agreement. One of the two respondents will acquire one of the parcels that comprise the DeRewal Chemical Company, Superfund Site and conserve it as open space for recreation. The second respondent will retain ownership of two parcels and convey a conservation easement on them. The Respondents will impose institutional controls on the Site and allow EPA continued access for remedial activities. In return, the United States will grant the Respondents a covenant not to sue.
