'The case stems from RCRA inspections conducted at PetroChem on May 19 and July 8, 1998, and then a MM inspection conducted in March and April 1999. Significant violations of RCRA part 265, Subparts AA, BB and CC were identified during those inspections, as well as possible future violations of CAA Off-Site Waste NESHAP. Subsequent inspections at Nortru Resources on November 24, 1998, identitifed that facility as a significant non-complier for storing drums more than 90 days and receipt of off-site waste for treatment. The complaint cited Nortru, Inc, for violations of RCRA Subparts AA, BB and CC from September 1, 1996 to the present, and the CAA Off-Site Waste NESHAP from February 1, 2000, to the present
