'The Hospital did not properly disclose any information regarding Lead Based Paint to staff residing on the hospital property. EPA has requested that the hospital immediately do the proper disclosures to all employee tenants, and issue copies of the required lead hazard pamphlet.'
Respoondent, NY Presbyterian Hospital, leased 29 target housing units in White Plains, NY without providing lead-based paint disclosure. These failures to comply with 40 CFR 745.113(b) are violations of 42 USC Section 4852(d)(5) and TSCA Section 409, 15 USC Section 2689.
