This case was approached as a company-wide settlement. We applied the evidence at one store to make a case for the need for compliance at all of Dominick's stores. The injunctive relief package will effectively make Dominick's refrigeration units no longer subject to the leak repair and requirements regulations. The settlement will result in 62,000 pounds of CFCs and HCFCs being removed from the environment. Twenty-nine stores are included in the settlement.
