This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA issued as resolution of a Self-Audit/Self-Disclosure made by Analog Devices. The Respondent met the required criteria of EPA's Audit Policy, and accordingly all penalties were mitigated to zero (calculated penalty of $56,100 reduced to zero).
