'VIOLATION: In accordance with both Federal and State Underground Injection Control regulations, onshore oil and gas producers are required to contain or dispose of produced waters in a manner protective of the environment. **RELIEF: 1) EPA orders the Respondent to cease the discharge of pollutants immediately; 2) Within thirty days, the Respondent shall take the listed necessary corrective actions to eliminate and prevent recurrence of the violations; and 3) Upon completing the tasks specified and within thirty days of the effective date of the Order, Respondent shall schedule and meet with an EPA Field Inspector to confirm that the tasks have been completed.
