'VIOLATION: 1) In accordance with both Federal and State Underground Injection Control regulations, onshore oil and gas producers are required to contain or dispose of produced waters in a manner protective of the environment.
**RELIEF: 1) EPA hereby orders the Respondent to cease the discharge of pollutants immediately; 2) Within thirty days, the Respondent shall take the listed corrective actions necessary to eliminate and prevent recurrence of the violations; and 3) Upon completing the tasks specified and within thirty days, the Respondent shall schedule and meet with an EPA Field Inspector to confirm that the tasks have been completed.
