This is a Judicial Referral pursuant to CERCLA in which EPA is requesting that the Department of Justice bring an action against Baumgartner Oil and Gas Company, Baumgartner Oil Company, and Franklin W. Baumgartner. The violation involves arrangement for the disposal of a hazardous substance. The Complaint will seek recovery of past and future response costs and declaratory relief.
