ON MARCH 29, 2001, EPA CONDUCTED AN EPCRA INSPECTION AT THE FACILITY. EPA DETERMINED THAT THE FACILITY HAD FAILED TO FILE FORM R REPORTS FOR METHYL METHACRYLATE FOR THE YEARS 1996, 1997, 1998 AND 1999. An Administrative Complaint was issued to the facility on January 23,2002 for $78,800. The case was sent to ORC and settled for $40,000. A CAFO was issued (by ORC) on 7/31/2003 1999.
