This is a SDWA order on consent using the emergency authority of Section 1431. Respondent is being required to provide a temporary and permanent alternate water supply to several residences with excessive levels of nitrates in their water, which the Agency believes come from respondent's operations. Respondent will also monitor the groundwater for a period of 2 years, after which EPA will reassess the situation.
