CCDS: Greystone State Hospital violated PCB Regulations and the NJDHS was issued a Civil Administrative Complaint on 11/27/2001.  The NJDHS has requested to do a SEP which will protect Human Health and Environment by the removal and disposal of 14 PCB transformers.  In view of the SEP, an allowance was made to reduce the penalty from $234,200 to $43,912.50.  The cost of the SEP for removal and disposal of the PCB transformers is $175,683.
