The Regional Administrator signed a Consent Order with Dr. Paul G. Modie and Dr. Robert F. Gustke ( Respondents ) regarding the Joyce National Power Superfund ( Site ) located in Eldred Township, McKean County, Pennsylvania.  The Site had been contaminated with nitroglycerin and dinitrotoluene from explosive manufacturing activities formerly conducted on the property.  The Respondents will pay a combined total of $190,000 and received a covenant not to sue for present and future liabilities.
