This agreement pertains to waters of the U.S. located at Big Cypress National Preserve over several miles and sections, including Section 10, Township 53 South, Range 32 East, Collier County, FL. The unauthorized discharges of fill material occurred during the construction and stabilization of approximately 24 miles of 12 foot wide limerock trails.
