This facility was inspected during the NJDEP/EPA Camden Enforcement Strike of October 3-9, 2002. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-486, in the amount of $300, for violation of 40 CFR 280.31(b): failure to ensure proper operation of cathodic protection system; and 40 CFR 280.44(a): failure to conduct annual test of automatic line leak detectors. The facility corrected the violations and paid the FC penalty.
