VIOLATION: The facility was not covered under the Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) for its storm water discharges. The facility had not implemented a SWPPP.
**RELIEF SOUGHT: 1) Within 30 days, Respondent shall make a complete and correct application for permit coverage, and shall submit a copy of the application and confirmation of coverage to EPA; 2) Within 30 days, Respondent shall take whatever corrective action is necessary to correct the deficiencies, eliminate and prevent recurrence of the violations, and shall submit a written report detailing the specific actions taken; 3) If complete correction of the violations is not possible within 30 days, submit a comprehensive plan to do so; and 4) Within 45 days, arrange a Show Cause meeting with EPA.
