This expedited consent agreement is issued to the Meyer Company Ranch for the unauthorized discharge of approximately 100 gallons of diesel fuel and water into the Blackfoot River and for failure to prepare and implement a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan for its facility.
