This expedited consent agreement is issued to Gage Brothers Concrete Products, Inc. for numerous violations of the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan regulations. Respondent will remove the oil storage tanks at its facility in lieu of correcting the violations specified in the order.
