This expedited consent agreement is issued to Tammen Oil Company for numerous violations of the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan regulations. Respondent admits its bulk plant facility was subject to the SPCC regulations at the time of an inspection of 9/18/2001; however, responent has dismantled the bulk plant facility and it is no longer in operation. The service station/convenience store has no above ground oil storage tanks and is not subject to the SPCC regulations.
